Lt. Governor's Award for Rural Affordable Housing Excellence Recipient: RealAmerica for Willow Manor Senior Apartments, Nashville
The Lt. Governor's Awards for Excellence in Affordable Housing honors individuals or organizations who use creativity and imagination to impact their community and constituents. When a devastating flood displaced thousands of Hoosiers, the need for affordable housing options for seniors was magnified, and the concept of Willow Manor was born. Working closely with the local authorities and IHCDA, this beautiful complex is now home to 65 units of affordable housing for seniors 55 and older in Brown County.
