In this capacity, RealAmerica completely manages the overall tax credit, development and construction processes for the not-for-profit by advising on critical issues relating to the site development, zoning, site plan approval; and tax credit issues pertaining to the Qualified Allocation Plan, Carryover Tests and other binding agreements. The tax credit process is extremely technical and contains many intricate details.
