Guardian Management, LLC, located in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, is a sister company to RealAmerica Development,
and also owned by Ronda Shrewsbury. Ms. Shrewsbury started Guardian Management in 1998 as a WBE-certified
entity for the purpose of managing multifamily facilities with a primary focus and expertise in the area
of Rental Housing Tax Credit (RHTC) housing.
RHTC property management involves a variety of duties, such as, day-to-day operations of the facility,
ensuring tenant safety, maintaining a financially viable project, and, specifically, the compliance and
monitoring of RHTC guidelines. Guardian Management provides an experienced team of professionals to coordinate
all aspects of these responsibilities.
